
To place an order, simply select an item anywhere on the website where you see the Buy button. This will take you to an information page about the product you have selected.
If after learning more about the product you wish to order it, select the Add to Cart button. This will take you to your shopping cart.
Your shopping cart will list the items you have selected. If you would like to buy additional items, you can enter a different quantity in the box by the item, and use the Update Cart button to make changes to your order.
If you would like to remove an item, you can enter the number 0 as the quantity and click the Update Cart button, or you can simply use the Remove Item button. If you would like to empty all items from your cart, use the Clear All button.
You may continue to browse our site before making a purchase; the cart will keep a record of your order even if you leave the shopping area.
When you are ready to place your order, simply select one of the checkout options. If you plan to submit your credit card on line, please use the Secure Checkout option for added security in transmitting your credit card number.
You can also choose express payment with PayPal by clicking the
"Checkout with PayPal" button in your shopping cart or on the DDAI checkout page. If you already are a PayPal member, you will be able to use select from payment and shipping options already stored with PayPal for speedy processing of your order. If you are not a PayPal member, you will be given an option to join and can complete your order by credit card.
If you plan to print out your order and mail it with a check or money order, or with a school purchase order, please choose the School Orders button.
There is nothing in my cart.
This cart uses cookies to keep track of your order. A cookie is a small snippet of code stored on your browser that contains a list of the items you have chosen, and also a unique identification number created by the computer. The cookie does not contain any personal information about you - it simply is a record of what is in your cart.

Our cart will keep items in your cart up to three weeks after you have made a selection. This is for your convenience, in case you do not complete an order at one time. The items you see may be left there from a previous session. If you are using a computer that is shared with someone else, the cart may contain their selections. The cart does not store any personal information, so even though you might see someone else's selections, you can not find out personal information such as an address or credit card number.
You can solve this problem by simply using the "Clear All" button to clear the cart.
Nothing happens when I click the Pop-up Currency Converter on the checkout pages.
The Pop-up Currency Converter may be disabled by pop-up or ad blocking software used by your browser or personal firewall. If the pop up box does appear on your computer, it may take a few seconds to load. If nothing happens after a few seconds, there may be problem connecting to the fieba.net site that provides the conversion utility.
On the payment page, there is no option for school purchase orders.
The School Purchase Order option appears only when the "School Orders" option is selected from the Shopping Cart page. You can go ahead and complete your order using the "Mail with Check/Money Order" option, or you can go back to the cart and select the alternate option.

Is it safe to enter my credit card online?
When you enter your credit card information on the "Secure Checkout" page, the information is transmitted directly to our merchant processor. All data is encrypted and protected by a security certificate that ensures that it can only be deciphered by the authorized recipient. DDAI does not receive your credit card number and the number is not retained or stored on our servers.
When will my credit card be charged?
We use real time processing to validate your card and authorize the transaction while you are online. However, the final transaction is not charged to your account until your order is ready to be shipped.
