All Orders - All Destinations

At the time of checkout, you may select from several shipping options. After selecting a shipping option, you will have an opportunity to see and review the full cost, including shipping, before submitting your order or providing credit card information. If you think the shipping costs are too high, you will be able to go back and select a different shipping option.

Your order will generally be shipped within three (3) business days after you place the order. If you select an expedited delivery option, your order will receive priority handling.

We will notify you via email or telephone in the event that your shipment is delayed for any reason. Your credit card will not be charged for items until we are ready to ship them. In general, please allow two weeks in the U.S. to receive your order, unless you have chosen an expedited shipping option. International destinations may take 3-4 weeks.

Special Handling or Shipping.

If you would like to arrange special shipping, you can provide instructions with your order. If you are asking for a different form of shipping than what is specified or included in your order, you will be charged actual shipping costs, plus a reasonable handling charge which will not exceed $7.00. (Handling charges vary depending on number, size and packaging requirements of items ordered).
