We have designed these pages to give you control over the appearance of the page. Users can set preferences for background, font face, and font size that will be maintained on most pages throughout the site.
The entire site may also be browsed in text-only mode.
The view for text-only mode can also be customized, using the "Change Text Only Settings" link at the bottom of each page to select desired fonts and colors. The text-only mode is also a useful alternative if the regular site pages do not display well in your browser or mobile device.
The text view can be enabled by clicking the link in the upper left side of each page.
Text can be read aloud using the icons appearing on many pages on this site. Clicking the icon will activate reading of a selected text excerpt from the page. On shorter pages, this may be the full page content. On larger pages, the default reading will usually be the initial or most important section.
You can also listen to any section of text you choose simply by using your cursor to select desired text prior to clicking the "Listen" icon. Activating the "Listen" icon that appears near the top of the right side menu bar will read the site navigation menu.
Clicking the "Listen" icon will open a pop-up box that includes features to give you control of your listening experience. This includes customizing the settings for display of the text in the box, and adjusting the volume and speed of the text reader.
