Books and kits may be returned for any reason within 30 days after receipt, for a full refund, as long as materials are unused and in resellable condition. Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Audiotapes, videotapes, CD's, DVD's, and software cannot be returned unless defective. In the event that any such product is defective or unusable, you have the option of receiving a full refund (including shipping), or a replacement item at no extra charge.
