These light-weight balls are easy to catch and grasp, and used in the Davis Koosh Ball exercise (described in The Gift of Dyslexia) to build balance and coordination, and for fine-tuning Davis Orientation, Alignment or Focusing skills.

Each Set includes two regular size (3.5 inch) Koosh balls.
