The paper discusses the issues of motivation among dyslexic learners
of English, trying to indicate possible ways of its initiation and further stabilisation.
The subject matter of the research is reading comprehension. The author
stresses a possibility of positive enhancement of the task among dyslexic learners
of English on condition appropriate requirements (such as positive classroom
atmosphere, or learners’ topic-involvement etc.) have been met.
